GENERAL
All flowers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
All Products on this website are available to the London postcodes listed only.
Some products, flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us
We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full name and address details of the intended recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Prices include VAT @ 20%
DELIVERY
Our delivery service is currently only within the London area.
We only deliver on Friday between 9am and 6pm..
We do not offer specific delivery timeslots.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels etc, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address provided. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, or refuses item.
Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour.
RETURNS
We work with a variety of blooms, some more delicate in nature than others and the life expectancy of our flowers is 3-5 days. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your flower order, please contact us within 24 hours by phone or email. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we can only provide a replacement or refund if the complaint is made within 24 hours of the delivery being received.
Return of items must be arranged by the customer.
We cannot refund sale items.
If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made using the same payment method. Excluding faulty or damaged goods returns, delivery costs will not be refunded.
Products should be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered with the original packaging intact. Refunds will only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.
PRIVACY
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. You can request to view this information at any time.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
WITHDRAWING CONSENT
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, at anytime, by contacting us at studio@bunchlondon.com
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Our website does not use cookies except Google Analytics. The Google Analytics cookies collect information in an annonymous form, and help us to see how many visitors the website has and the pages they have visited.
